Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on October 4 in the Doe Creek Middle School gymnasium and cafeteria from 1:00-7:00 p.m. There is no school on that day.  All certified teachers will be present.  To speak to a teacher, just stop by their table.  If that teacher is busy, simply find another teacher on your child’s schedule and meet with them first.  This format allows more parents to meet with more teachers, which benefits our Doe Creek students. Please use the doors on the west side of the building (doors 9 & 10) they will be unlocked for the conferences.

1/2 Day E-Learning Reminder - Wednesday, September 27

On Wednesday, September 27, students will report to school at their regular time. Students will be released early that day for an e-learning day.

Half-Day Release Times:

New Palestine High School: 11:20 am
Doe Creek Middle School: 11:35 am
All Elementary Schools: 12:35 pm

Students will access lessons through Canvas.  Devices will be sent home with students, and the learning will be an extension of the learning day. Students will have one week to complete the lessons. If you are having technical difficulties accessing material, please contact your child’s teacher.

Students at the high school will be offered a grab and go lunch. Students at the middle and elementary schools will be offered lunch on a modified schedule.   You can order lunches at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe1RhPcvj_6PzXjxRa6iQUB6YA339eIgId_lRfQIURJJrVM-w/viewform

Buses will transport to and from schools on those days.
